RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY Updated 3/15/25
RETURNS
- Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by from the day your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund.
- All items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted.
- Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant cannot be accepted.
- We do not accept returns for Sale/Clearance/Discounted items.
- We do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges at this time.
- If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges after 14 days
- It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5- 10 business days.

EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange for any reason, please return your item per our refund policy above and include exchange instructions/order number with the return. We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, if the item is out of stock, then we will refund the item returned.
All exchange requests are processed as soon as your return package is scanned and in transit to us. Products requested for exchange are not reserved until returned items are in transit to us, so they may become unavailable if sold out. Do NOT put separate exchange orders in one return package, as your exchange request is processed upon the scanning of the provided shipping label. If your item is damaged, please contact our support for assistance.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT
We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at info@prayedupapparel.com to notify us of the mix up. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.
We will provide you with a 30% off discount code for your next purchase if you received a defective product. All wrong orders we send out will be corrected.
COLOR DISCLAIMER
Due to variation in monitor settings, Prayed Up Apparel makes no guarantees regarding color matches of product.
Note that like-named colors used by various apparel manufacturers/brands/styles (i.e. Navy, Navy Blue, Dark Navy, etc.) are not necessarily an exact shade match to each other or to any of the Prayed Up Apparel. thread guide options.
Fabric colors represented on computer monitors may vary due to variations in computer screens, resolution, color, tone or any other display settings.
I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.
Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.
This applies to Free Shipping discount codes.
Refunds
If a refund is granted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
